I don't work for any lender — your file goes in front of forty-plus of them, and the offers compete. On standard residential files the winning lender pays the brokerage, so independence costs you nothing (OAC).
Penalty math is shown before a term is broken. Alternative lending is priced in dollars, not adjectives. And when staying with your current lender is the right answer, that's the recommendation you'll hear.
