Hi, I’m Amir.
I'm Amir Foroughi, an independent mortgage agent with Real Mortgage Associates. I help buyers, homeowners, and business owners across Toronto and Ontario compare their options in English or Farsi. As an FSRA-licensed Mortgage Agent Level 2, I can work across residential, alternative, private, and commercial lending.

I don't work for a bank. Your file can be compared across 40-plus lenders, with the rate, fees, prepayment rules, and trade-offs set out clearly. On standard residential files, the lender pays the brokerage (OAC), so you can get independent advice without a separate consulting bill.
Before a term is broken, we work through the penalty. Before private or alternative money is used, we map the cost and the exit plan. If staying with your current lender is the right move, that is the recommendation you will hear.
